Michael is the Founder and Principal Advisor of Kyanite Safety Advisory, bringing more than 30 years of experience helping organizations strengthen health and safety leadership across engineering, environmental consulting, construction, utilities, and complex field operations. Having led health and safety programs from the project site to the global executive level, Michael partners with organizations to manage operational risk, improve contractor performance, and build practical safety systems that protect people while supporting successful project execution. His approach is grounded in a simple belief: the strongest safety programs are built on trust, practical leadership, and a genuine commitment to the people performing the work.
